Breastfeeding Bride | Alternative Wedding Photographer

“On our wedding day, Evie was teething and poorly so she couldn’t cope very well with the teething pain. She went back to 100 % breastfeeds. I think the day and week leading up to the wedding was pretty intense as well, she needed a bit of calm and a breastfeed is amazing for that. It was quite nice for me as well to have a moment away! Sometimes I think there’s a bit of misinformation about how easy it is to switch off from breastfeeding and express and bottle feed when breastfeeding isn’t convenient. I felt a bit misinformed anyway, I feel like breastfeeding is so much easier than expressing and trying to force a bottle on a reluctant baby, even on your wedding day ????”

Nursing our babies this way is the most natural thing in the world and and great source of comfort and sustenance for them.
