When Tash & Danny got in touch with me about their wedding I was super excited to hear that they were planning to get married at Pennard Hill Farm, a venue overlooking the Glastonbury Festival site! This pair absolutely love Glasto and even have matching pyramid stage tattoos on their ankle (see photos!). They planned to make the festival their theme for the day and I couldn’t wait to see it.

Like many of you, Glastonbury has a special place in my heart. I used to live in the town many moons ago and have experienced the magic of the festival and the surrounding landscape. I have worked as a photographer for the festival and during lockdown I even created a collaborative project ‘My Glastonbury Story‘ gathering photos & stories of the festival. These have been featured several times on BBC channels and are now part of the V&A Glastonbury Collection. Needless to say that we connected over a shared love of all things Glastonbury and it was a perfect match!

When I arrived at Pennard hill Farm for their wedding day I wasn’t disappointed. It was a gorgeous, sunny day with views over the Somerset Levels and Worthy Farm. Tash & Danny had hired The Natural Vibe Eco to style their wedding with a Glasto theme. It looked incredible! The palette was burnt orange and green, perfect for a late summer celebration. Gayle had made decor from old bike wheels & vinyl and every table was named after a Glastonbury stage. The tipi was the perfect space for colourful, festival style decor and enjoying the surrounding views.

It was lovely to share this special day with Tash & Danny and so much fun as you can see by the pictures! They definitely pulled off a mini Glastonbury Festival for the day. Thanks guys for the fab review and congratulations again 🙂
