Wedding Photography Hayne Devon | Daisy & Scott
Wedding Photography Hayne Devon – A joyful and sustainable celebration, featured on Love My Dress.
Daisy and Scott’s wedding at Hayne Devon was rooted in care. Care for people, the land, and living with intention. Set in the Devon countryside, the day felt relaxed, heartfelt, and joyful. Sustainability and community were at its core.
The couple run Grounded, their own organic farm, and their connection to the land informed many of their choices. That ethos carried beautifully into the celebration. It shaped both the atmosphere and the food they shared with their guests. Much of the produce came from Riverford, whose organic vegetables and ethical approach aligned perfectly with Daisy and Scott’s values. Photographing this felt especially meaningful. Documenting organic farming and food stories for Riverford is a significant part of my wider work, making this wedding closely connected to the stories I tell beyond weddings. Check out a portfolio of this work.
Daisy wore a handmade Jane Bourvis gown, crafted from vintage fabric. She paired it with a delicate dried flower crown. Her thoughtful approach to style mirrors her work beyond the wedding day. Daisy runs Ian Snow, the ethical homewares business founded by her parents. Many of Ian Snow’s boho-styled details were incorporated throughout the venue. The colourful, textured decor was the perfect match for Hayne, adding warmth, personality, and visual charm.
The ceremony was completely bespoke and deeply personal. Live acoustic music set a gentle tone. There was space for moments to unfold naturally. Laughter, emotion, and connection were at the heart of it all.
Daisy and Scott later shared:
“Our photographer was Emma Stoner; we chose Emma after searching online. We wanted a photographer who captured people in a candid way, without tons of staged formal photos. We wanted someone who naturally would know what details we’d like captured and when we stumbled across Emma’s page we knew she was the right fit.
Emma’s photo’s were not overly edited, they weren’t heavily filtered, and they really captured people. We were SO impressed with every photo supplied to us, they were honestly magical. Emma was amazing on the day, she got so many beautiful shots that we will treasure forever.”
Photographing this wedding was a true privilege. It was a day where values, beauty, and real human moments came together naturally.
