Finally getting back to blogging after a hectic autumn / winter season. There are some really stunning weddings coming up so do keep an eye out!

Alice & Joe’s big day was so much fun and the venue, Mount Folly Farm, overlooks one of my favourite Devon beaches – Bantham Beach and Bigbury / Burgh Island. This is an EPIC setting for a wedding guys – just check out some of the spectacular views on offer below. As usual, the British weather was unpredictable but, despite the stormy forecast most of the day was sunny with added rainbows!

Alice works at Anthropologie and is a real Fashionista… braving all the mud of a farm wedding in her beautiful Sottero & Midgley gown and Christian Louboutin shoes! She was also given a custom coat by designer Miranda Dunn to keep her cosy in the autumn weather. See pictures of this stunning personalised design below. If you are wondering why there are shoes all over the top table – this was a fashion comp on the best footwear for the wedding! The style didn’t stop there either… Alice & Joe’s decor was stunning, with a gorgeous hanging bouquet as the centrepiece and colourful flowers decorating the tables, marquee & church. The bridesmaids dresses were floral peach & greys, perfectly matching their beautiful bouquets and flower bracelets. The light, fresh & elegant feel was perfect for the bright & breezy outdoor setting.

Before heading to their beach wedding venue, Alice & Joe were wed at the historic Plymouth Cathedral – a truly stunning location in the heart of Plymouth. Alice was greeted by her husband to be in full navy uniform with medals to match. It really was an emotional moment as Joe was so nervous waiting for her to arrive! After the scary bit was over, the couple hired vintage cars to take them to Folly Farm where they were greeted by guests and a more relaxed beachy vibe.

Tonnes of inspiration here for how to do an outdoor wedding in style if you’re not the typical camper / festival going type. This was such a fun wedding and a real highlight my 2017 wedding season… what an AMAZING setting!! Happy 2018 to Alice & Joe – I hope you enjoy looking back at these today.
