Autumn Wedding Monks Withecombe

If you like autumn weddings then you will love this gorgeous day with its country views, colourful details, brooding skies and cosy fires. Anna & Matt were wed at Monks Withecombe on Dartmoor back in September 2019.* This is a beautiful time of year to get married anyway and Anna & Matt can’t have picked a better spot for their Dartmoor wedding.

I met Anna & her bridesmaids in central Chagford in the morning at The Globe Inn – a country pub full of rustic charm. We then headed to the venue for their outdoor wedding in the beautiful gardens at Monks. The couple had decorated the chairs with such touching and colourful details and there was even a wishing tree for guests to leave their good wishes for the day! I think you’ll agree that the wedding decor in the marquee is just stunning too.
