Emily & Lee | Wedding Photography East Soar Farm
Wedding Photography East Soar Farm
This wedding was a whole lot of FUN! Emily & Lee were married at East Soar Farm nature reserve here in Devon. This is a beautiful, rustic wedding venue with a barn, rolling green hills and stunning views overlooking the ocean, not to mention the friendly farm animals – always a hit with the kids 🙂 There was one hairy moment when a donkey took a shine to a toddlers cardi… luckily her Mum managed to retrieve it!!
The couple tied the knot in a scenic, outdoor ceremony with smiles all around, despite the blustery weather. They had created a beautiful wedding ceremony arch, decorated with pink flowers which matched Emily’s bridal bouquets and the floral arrangements in the barn. The decor for this wedding was stunning, with candles matching the table flowers and place names made from wood with fern details. They kept it simple, colourful and down to earth – very much like this lovely venue.
Once the dining began it was all fun & games, with tables egging each other on in drinking contests. This was a great crowd of people who didn’t stop laughing throughout the day and also didn’t stop dancing in the evening! There was so much good energy all around and people finally letting their hair down after a socially restrictive year. Happiness, laughter, fun and games were in abundance and it was magic to be there to capture it all. Congratulations again guys – what a brilliant day!
