If you are getting married in September then you will love this late summer / early autumn wedding at Hayne wedding venue here in Devon. This is a beautiful space with a variety of outdoor settings, including gardens and rolling green hills plus a barn, yurt and little shepherds hut! At this time of year the apples were ripening in the orchard, which was dotted with bell tents where guests were camping. A very relaxed and down to earth vibe.

Kate & Simon were blessed with gorgeous weather for their special day, so they had their wedding ceremony outdoors in the gardens at Hayne. A jazz band played whilst guests gathered in the sunshine. After the ceremony the happy couple were sprinkled with confetti, before heading into another more open green space for their drinks reception. Kate & Simon went for exotic cocktails and noodles for an eastern inspired feel to their catering. This went well with the World Food theme of their wedding day. These guys have done a lot of travelling and it was a wonderful way to share their favourite dishes with friends.

As you can see this was one gorgeous day and it was wonderful getting to know Kate & Simon and their friends. I’ve never photographed a wedding at Hayne before and it was an absolute joy! I thoroughly recommend this venue to any couples who are looking to hold a laid back wedding here in Devon.
